View and edit your profile
Open Profile from the workspace sidebar (desktop) or the profile button in the header (phone) to view your email and update your details.
- Name — shown to your organization's members.
- Phone — your contact number.
Make your changes and click Save. Your email can't be changed here.
Language
The workspace app renders in English or Simplified Chinese. Pick your language in the Language selector on this page — or on the login page before you sign in. Your choice is saved to your account and follows you to any device you sign in on.
Refer a friend
Your profile shows your personal referral code and two links: your landing link (/wangerming?ref=CODE) and your registration link (/workspace/register?ref=CODE). Anyone who captures a lead or creates a workspace through them is credited to you in the organization you are currently viewing. Each organization you belong to has its own code.
Organizations
Your profile and sign-in apply across all organizations you belong to. Use the organization switcher in the workspace header to move between them. See Getting started for details.
