Kivade Docs

Overview

This workspace is your lead-management dashboard. Leads captured on your landing pages are collected here, attributed to your team, and ready for follow-up.

How it works

Your organization has a landing page — a customer-facing page visitors reach. When a visitor signs up on that page, they become alead in your workspace. Every lead carries their name, email, phone, and which team member's referral link brought them in.

Everything in the workspace is scoped to your organization. You only ever see your own organization's members, leads, referral links, branding, and settings — never another organization's data.

Key concepts

  • Organization — your workspace boundary. One account can belong to several organizations and switch between them. Your first organization is created automatically when you register, and you become its owner.
  • Leads — signups captured from your landing page, with contact details and referral attribution.
  • Inbox — where you work your leads as conversations: the lead list beside the active thread.
  • Pipeline — the same leads grouped by stage.
  • Practice — a rehearsal room for the AI assistant. You play the lead; nothing is sent and no real lead is touched. Every member can use it.
  • Team — members you invite into your organization, each with their own referral code.
  • Roles & permissions — control what each member can see and do.
  • Branding & hostnames — the name, logo, and WhatsApp number shown on your landing page, plus the web address that routes leads to your organization.

Where to start

  1. Getting started — create your account, your organization, and install the workspace on your phone.
  2. Your inbox — work your leads and reply.
  3. Team & invitations — invite members.
  4. Branding & hostnames — set up your landing page.
  5. Integrating your site — add a lead form to your own page.
