Create your account
- Go to Create account.
- Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 10 characters), then confirm the password.
- Click Create account.
Your first organization is created for you automatically — named after your name — and you become its owner. You land in your workspace's Inbox.
Depending on the deployment, registration may be open to everyone, open only through a member's referral link, or closed (invitation only). If the page asks for a referral code, enter the code from the person who invited you. Invitations always work regardless of the setting.
Use your email and password at Sign in. After signing in you land on your workspace with your active organization selected.
Your organization
An organization is your workspace boundary. Everything you see — leads, members, branding — belongs to the organization you currently have selected.
Switch organizations
If you belong to more than one organization, use the organization switcher in the workspace navigation (the sidebar on desktop, or under the workspace name on a phone). The workspace switches to that organization's data immediately.
Create a new organization
Click New organization next to the organization switcher. Enter a name and a short slug (used as an identifier). You become the owner of the new organization.
Sign out
Use Sign out at the bottom of the workspace sidebar.
Install the workspace on your phone
The workspace runs in your phone's browser and installs like an app: its own icon, full-screen use, and notifications while the workspace is closed. There is no app store download. Use the same account as on desktop — every phone is installed and enabled separately.
Android
- Open Chrome and go to your workspace address, then sign in.
- Tap the ⋮ menu (top right).
- Tap Add to Home screen — recent Chrome versions label itInstall app. Chrome may also offer an Installbanner on its own; tapping it does the same thing.
- Confirm with Install. The workspace icon appears on your home screen.
- Open the workspace from that icon — it runs in its own full-screen window.
Other browsers: in Samsung Internet, tap ☰ →Add page to → Home screen. Other Chromium-based browsers carry a similar Add to Home screenor Install entry in their menu.
iPhone or iPad
Use Safari — Chrome and Firefox on iOS cannot install the workspace or show notifications for it. Notifications requireiOS 16.4 or newer.
- Open Safari and go to your workspace address, then sign in.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, bottom center).
- Scroll the share list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The icon lands on your Home Screen.
- Open the workspace from that icon, not from the Safari tab. Sign in if asked.
On iPhone the workspace must be opened from the Home Screen icon before notifications can be enabled — Safari tabs cannot receive them.
Turn on notifications
- In the workspace, open Settings → Notifications.
- Tap Enable notifications on this device, thenAllow in the browser prompt.
- Tap Send test notification. A notification naming this device should arrive.
Repeat on every phone you use. Notifications name the lead and channel, never the message text. The red count on the Inbox and the per-lead dot do not need notifications enabled — they show up in the app either way.
If you tapped Block by mistake, the workspace cannot ask again by itself. Allow notifications for the workspace in your browser's site settings — or in your phone's settings for the installed app — then use the enable button again.
Turn notifications off or remove the app
- One phone: Settings → Notifications → Turn off this device. Other devices keep receiving them.
- Uninstall: turn notifications off first, then long-press the icon and remove it (Android: Uninstall; iPhone:Remove Bookmark or Delete Bookmark, depending on the iOS version).
Once installed, enable notifications inSettings → Notifications so new leads, messages, and held drafts reach you while the app is closed.
